Who can see your data?
Only the people your admins invite. Roles, groups and per-item sharing decide who sees each dataset, report and project. Corporate SSO and SCIM are available on agreement.
Where is it kept?
In databases and storage of its own, apart from every other customer’s, encrypted in transit and at rest, and yours to export at any time. Prefer your own cloud or your own databases? OctoBI plugs into them, run by us or by you, on agreement.
What does the AI do with it?
It reads, transforms and analyses your data, and shows where every figure came from. OctoBI never uses your data to train models. Prefer models you host yourself? Also on agreement.
What can you show your auditor?
A log of who did what, when and from where, including every support session, which your admins read in the app or pull through the API. On contract, we also stream audit events to your SIEM over syslog. If your auditors want to look deeper, we are open to independent audits.

What is OctoBI?

An AI data intelligence platform: it collects your market’s data and your own, checks every figure against its source, and turns it into dashboards, reports, news and a daily brief. Your team works with it through search, an AI Assistant and AI Agents.

What happens to the data on the way in?

It is extracted, translated, normalized, standardized, classified and enriched, then tested against itself, against the other figures its publisher printed and, where one exists, against an independent source. When a value cannot be placed, the run stops instead of guessing.

Where does the data come from?

From the institutions that publish your market: central banks, statistics offices, ministries of finance, exchanges, financial institutions and international organizations. Each figure keeps a link to the publication it came from.

Which markets do you cover?

Our catalog is deepest today across the South Caucasus and Central Asia, plus international sources, and we keep adding sources, topics and markets. If you need a market we do not cover yet, tell us. Your own data works anywhere.

Can we bring our own data?

Yes. Upload PDF, Excel and CSV files and they become tables you can query and merge with market data. For data that lives in your systems, our team connects it for you during onboarding.

How is this different from a general AI chat?

A chat answers once and forgets. OctoBI keeps your data as tables that grow over time, works with figures checked against their sources, and shows where every number came from.

Do we have to replace our BI tools?

No. OctoBI works alongside them: Power BI dashboards open inside OctoBI, your systems can read our datasets through an API, and curated tables can be delivered into your own warehouse.
